Our return policy is effective for 30 days from receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please email support@gracehill.top with your full name, order number, item description and reason for return.

Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original payment method) within a few days, depending on your bank.

Be sure to read our item descriptions carefully. Please be reminded that the colors in the photos may differ slightly from those of the actual items due to the lighting during the photoshoot or the monitor’s display.

Occasionally, a problem may arise with an order. We are all human! If so, we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. If the problem is the result of an error on our part, we will gladly replace or refund the item.

Our responsibility

Defective product: If the product has a manufacturing defect.

Sending the wrong item: if we send you the wrong product, color or size.

Your responsibility

Whoops ! You may have made a mistake along the way. If this is the case, it is up to you to resolve the situation and, unfortunately, we cannot refund your item.

For example :

Address provided incorrectly: If you made a mistake in the address. We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer at the time of purchase.

Return/Exchange Process If

you believe an error has occurred due to an error on our part, first please accept our most sincere apologies! Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us! We will be happy to replace or exchange any item where we have made an error.

Instructions for requesting an exchange

Please follow these instructions for return request:

1. Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is the size, please use a ruler.

2. Send an email with the subject “Order # “Your order number” Request for exchange” in support of the email.

Please include the following:

– The photo(s)

– A specific description of the problem

– The order number – If there are multiple products in an order, identify the problem product Our support team will respond within one business day and return instructions will be provided.

Delivery of all orders is guaranteed. If orders are not received due to circumstances beyond our control, a replacement item will be ordered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address provided at the time of the original order.

No refunds will be given if the customer ordered the wrong size/color/quantity etc. We ship the exact item(s) you selected at the time of purchase. If you would like to change your order, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order and no refunds will be given.

Items received that are faulty or damaged will be replaced with the same item at no charge. We also offer full refunds in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted. If you have completed all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at the support email.

The delivery time of your exchanged product may vary depending on your place of residence.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.
