Return and exchange conditions
Sale items cannot be changed or returned.
Orders already packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns of unopened or incorrectly delivered products.
Shipping costs are your responsibility when you return your item.
Your return and exchange request can only be submitted within 15 days of receipt of your original order for quality, size and color issues.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance if the item is worth more than $70.
Exchange request:
Your items are unworn, in good condition and can be resold.
Items damaged after use cannot be changed or returned.
Return and Exchange Guidelines
If a product is DOA (damaged on arrival) or incorrectly shipped, please contact our support team first by email before sending it back. Because it must be returned to the exact starting camp for refund or exchange.
Do not send it directly to the address on the package. It may be one of the carrier’s transit warehouses, which is not true.
Note that the returned package must be postage paid within 14 calendar days from the date you received the shipping information.
Items must be returned with the original packaging, manuals, all accessories and manufacturer’s literature.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed and verified for OK within 7-12 business days of receiving the items back into the warehouse.
Refund Report: Refunds do not include postage.
If it took more than two weeks, please contact us.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for purchase.
If you return the goods to us, the customer is responsible for the following and we cannot issue a refund.
Loss and damage in transit of items.
High tariff which cannot be cleared.
Unreceivable address errors.
Any other uncontrollable situation that cannot be received.
