Gracehill Limited (registration number 03235904) (“GL”) and Gracehill USA (Finance) Inc (“GUFI”) own and operate the Sites and associated social media accounts. Gracehill Retail Limited (company number 10033268) (“GRL”) is the operator of the Stores. Together, DL, DUFI and DRL are hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” and “Gracehill”.
