These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out how you may use the Sites and their content, whether as a user of a Gracehill account or as a guest (i.e. when you use or browse the Sites without logging into a Gracehill account), or if you visit the Store. This use includes, without limitation, accessing and/or browsing the Sites (with or without purchases), registering and/or submitting Contributions (defined below).

Together, the Sites, Stores and Social Networks will hereinafter be referred to as the “Services”.
We ask that you read all of the Terms and Conditions and Other Terms before you begin to use the Services. Use of the Sites or Stores and interaction with our Social Media pages automatically implies full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms (collectively “our Terms”). Placing an order on the sites
In order to place an order on our sites (even if you are a guest, i.e. you are not logged into a Gracehill account (“Guest”)), you will be required to provide us with a variety of personal information, including: your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and phone number. You must ensure that all information provided is correct and belongs to you (for example, you cannot use a generic email address (such as email@example.com) or an address belonging to another person) in order to guarantee the accuracy and security of your information and to help us personalize our services. The email address you provide as a guest is used to link you to your order.
When you place an order as a guest, we offer you the option of creating a Gracehill account. We will use the information already provided in the order to register you, so you will only have to add a password which will be necessary to log in to your Account. You must ensure that the email address you provide is yours. If it is not yours, do not register with it, otherwise the third party who could use this address could access your account and all information related to the account (see below). You should also ensure that your password is not easily guessed by other people so that your information remains secure.
If you have a Gracehill Account and are trying to place an order without logging in, once you enter your email address (if this is the address associated with your Account), you will be prompted to log in by entering your password. If you enter your password, you will be logged in and the corresponding fields of your order will be automatically filled in with your Personal Data. If you choose not to enter your password, you will be considered a guest and will have to fill in the fields yourself.
For any orders placed as a guest, we will save the order information along with your email address. This process will be repeated each time you use the Sites and place an order with that same email address.

You should check your Personal Information regularly and update it if it changes, such as if you move, change your email address or change your name. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. It also allows us to personalize our services and to be as efficient as possible; for example, we will use this information to automatically fill in the necessary fields when you wish to place an order.
