This use includes, without limitation, accessing and/or browsing the Sites (with or without purchases), registering and/or submitting Contributions (defined below).
These Terms also set out the appropriate way to interact with our official Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube pages (the “Social Media”). Service content
The content of the Services is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered as advice to be followed.
We will regularly update the Services and the content may therefore change at any time.
While we strive to keep the information on the Services up-to-date, we make no warranties or representations, express or implied, that the content of the Services is accurate, complete or current.
We also do not guarantee that access to the Services or their content will be constant and uninterrupted at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue, withdraw or modify the Services at any time without notice.
Placing an order on the sites
In order to place an order on our sites (even if you are a guest, i.e. you are not logged into a Gracehill account (“Guest”)), you will be required to provide us with a variety of personal information, including: your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and phone number. You must ensure that all information provided is correct and belongs to you (for example, you cannot use a generic email address (such as accounts@gracehill.top) or an address belonging to another person) in order to guarantee the accuracy and security of your information and to help us personalize our services. The email address you provide as a guest is used to link you to your order.
When you place an order as a guest, we offer you the option of creating a Gracehill account. We will use the information already provided in the order to register you, so you will only have to add a password which will be necessary to log in to your Account. You must ensure that the email address you provide is yours. If it is not yours, do not register with it, otherwise the third party who could use this address could access your account and all information related to the account (see below). You should also ensure that your password is not easily guessed by other people so that your information remains secure.
If you have a Gracehill Account and are trying to place an order without logging in, once you enter your email address (if this is the address associated with your Account), you will be prompted to log in by entering your password. If you enter your password, you will be logged in and the corresponding fields of your order will be automatically filled in with your Personal Data. If you choose not to enter your password, you will be considered a guest and will have to fill in the fields yourself.
For any orders placed as a guest, we will save the order information along with your email address. This process will be repeated each time you use the Sites and place an order with that same email address.
Information about your account
When you create a Gracehill account, you will be asked to provide certain personal information including your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, date of birth. You will also be asked to provide an email address and password with which to log in to your Gracehill account (“Login Information”) (collectively, “Personal Information”). You must ensure that the password you choose cannot be easily guessed by a third party so that your account information is secure.
You should check your Personal Information regularly and update it if it changes, such as if you move, change your email address or change your name. It is your responsibility to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. It also allows us to personalize our services and to be as efficient as possible; for example, we will use this information to automatically fill in the necessary fields when you wish to place an order.
It is important that your personal information belongs to you (and is not used by others). For example, you may not use a generic email address (eg, accounts@gracehill.top) or an email address used by someone else as your login information.
You must also treat all your personal information confidentially. Never reveal your login information to any third party. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your login details, you must notify us immediately by contacting our customer service team at support@gracehill.top.
Your personal information and order history (meaning information about orders you have placed with Gracehill) (“Account Information”) will be available in your Gracehill account.
